With no state income tax, business friendly state and local governments, low cost of living and the high quality of life, you get business large and small moving here. With that comes thousands of high skilled and high paid workers. The other day, I looked at Indeed.com (a job board) and found that there were 6,160, $60,000.00 jobs available in Frisco alone. It also brings many service jobs to take care of the needs of the new white-collar workers. Furthermore, McKinney and Frisco in posted some of the most rapid local economic growth in the nation over the past seven years, according to a report released in October.

The influx of jobs has created a super dynamic housing market with Frisco ranking as the top U.S. real estate market followed by McKinney and Allen ranked No. 2 and No. 3, respectively, with Richardson ranking as the No. 5 and Carrollton landing the No. 8 spot.
